The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (S.A.F.E. Act or Act) is intended to improve the accountability and tracking of residential mortgage loan originators (MLOs), provide protection for consumers, reduce fraud, and provide consumers with information regarding MLOs.

The Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) maintains a website called NMLS Consumer Access and can be found online at www.NMLSConsumerAccess.org. This website is a fully searchable website that allows the public to view information concerning state-licensed companies, branches and individuals licensed and registered through NMLS.

The registered mortgage loan originators employed by Oswego Teachers Employees Federal Credit Union (NMLS ID 1205726) are listed below with their unique identifier. This identifier will be required to access the information pertaining to a particular mortgage loan originator.
